I had an auction close @ $255.00 on 4-13. Buyer filled out AW WBN and sent it back 2 days later. Said she wanted to pay with a MO. On the 25th I e-mailed hear to advise that I hadn't received payment. I get a 1 liner back the same day" money order was put in the mail yesterday". Okay, Yesterday (10th) I did a reminder, not a neg mind you,I really don't like to do that and only do in extreme cases. She has a +92 feedback with no negs. I get an email today saying she had mailed it when she said, Why did I not contact her instead of going thru Ebay and she had been sitting there waiting for her package!! I thought that was what the reminder was for! Any suggestions???
P.S. It was a wedding Dress, Wouldn't you be anxious to get it? Why had she not contacted me to see where it was???!!!

My one neg was from a situation like this - buyer sent payment, which was delayed, and issued neg feedback the day before I re-contacted her (I had not noticed yet). Too bad, because we both wanted to close the deal successfully.

When somebody has that much pos. and no neg, I email them when I send the eBay notice, tell them it's a formality I have to follow to maintain the right to a refund, but that I see their positive rating and know that they intend to pay. That usually gets them moving without hurting anybody's feelings. The honest buyers never take it out to 10 more days from there.
