I had purchased an item from a seller in March and had not received it.His feedback indicates(now it does, when I bid,it didn't) that his shipping is slow or items had not been received from other buyers.) Seller said more than a month ago he'd send me a money order. He never did and I had told him to refund me thru Paypal of which he never did.Seller does not answer tel messages or respond to email.

I had filed a report with PAYPAL 32 days ago and though Paypal says they will get back to you with 30 days,I've heard nothing.

Should I just do a chargeback on my Visa
card ?

Paypal and the former X.com have been one
bad experience after another for me.

Hi,

Your charge back rights are still valid. Please feel free to send me an email to [email protected] so that I can have the Buyer Protection team has been able to get recovery before the need to file a charge back is present.

I am going to include the Buyer Complaint process for the benefit of anyone that reads this.

What is the Buyer Complaint Process?

PayPal's Buyer Complaint Process helps protect PayPal members when a merchant does not deliver goods as promised. If you have been unable to resolve a dispute with a seller, you may file a Buyer Complaint Form (go to the Security Center link in the footer of any PayPal page) to initiate an investigation. PayPal will investigate your complaint and attempt to recover any funds you are owed. You will be entitled to the return of any funds PayPal is able to collect on your behalf. However, fund recovery is not guaranteed.

Additionally, buyers who qualify for eBay's insurance policy (currently limited to $200) may recover up to an additional $200 of protection from PayPal if their purchase was made from a verified PayPal seller.

Please review the Consumer Protections section of our Terms of Use to learn the specific terms and conditions of the Buyer Complaint Process.

Paypal:
As mentioned in my previous post,I had filled out the PAYPAL dispute form a month ago.

Since there had been no response to our companies follow up emails to Paypal our companies accounting department has done a charge back with our credit company.

We had no response from the seller and were
concerned with the usual Paypal lack of response on this issue as well.

Though your email response to me today was
(from posting here) was appreciated,
I should not have had to post my complaint publically to receive a response.

eyedo You need to check the Visa card you used to see the time period they allow. Do not go past that period. If it is getting close then start the charge back process. If you still have time just keep complaining to PayPal.

There is a Wall Street reporter here somewhere that would like to hear from you also i'll bet.

Please remember to report back on how it was setteled. Many people are interested.
