During the last week, I noticed that I've not been getting as many feedbacks as usual. Tonight, I think I found the reason....
Ebay's new FEEDBACK system is terrible! I went to leave some of my customers feedback for the items that are going out tomorrow. I was forced to upload a list of ALL transactions that have not yet received a feedback! Then, I was able to put the auction # in a search box....
Well, I like the old way better.. easier and faster. And I'm sure some of my customers liked it the other way too!

I too am unhappy with the new system! It has a few extra steps and takes longer.

The old method of leaving feedback was easy and efficient, thereby leaving ebaY no choice except to change it to bring it in line with the rest of the ebaY site.

I left a bunch of feedback today, and it was the same as it always was. I use the "leave feedback for a member" page. I've been using that forever, and it is real easy to use. Leave all feedbacks at once. How are you guys leaving feedback? Just curious.

I go to the individual members feedback page and click on the link to "leave feedback for this user" and it takes me to a page to "Find transactions completed in the past 90 days for which you have not left feedback yet"

If you leave feedback by starting on the My Ebay page and click on Feedback Forum button at the top, there is no change if you go this route. Exactly the same as it used to be.

I noticed the new feedback system the other day when I went to leave a buyer feedback. It is terrible and very confusing.
On a good note today when I went to leave feedback it was gone. Maybe they got a lot of complaints or some of us had the “pleasure” of seeing some “upgrade” that is soon to be for all of the ebay community.
