I recently received a fraud refund check from eBay. I was wondering how I can get the rest from PayPal. I know they cover an additional $200. I have looked all over their site for an address/form/telephone number to send my refund request... but I can't find a thing. PayPal states I need to contact Customer Service with proof. Well I have the eBay proof... so how do I contact Customer Service?

Also, I have tried their email system and I just get an automated response. One response said someone would contact me, but that was almost a week ago.
I have 30 days to get my refund. At this rate, I might as kiss that money goodbye.

PPD- How does it work if a seller needs to contact Pay Pal if the buyer retracts his payment, after the item has shipped? Any recourse?
No payments can be canceled after they have been claimed by the receiving party. Buyers can still file a charge back or file a buyer protection claim to dispute the item, but sellers can protect themselves by using the Seller Protection Program guidelines.

Okay I did this. I included my ebay refund number? Now what? Wait until my 30 days are up?
The Buyer Complaint process says this is for auctions paid within 30 days. Well the auction eBay is refunding my money for occured in January. Does filing the Buyer Complaint still work here?
