At least three times in the last week I've received those insipid "personal" letters generated by Billpoint('I am interested in paying for the item below using eBay Online payments by Billpoint...'). All three auctions were won with "Buy It Now". However, NONE of the winners wanted to use Billpoint! (One cash, one PayPal, one Bidpay). SO WHY DID BILLPOINT "LATCH ON" AND SEND THESE?? From now on, I'm not automatically sending a Billpoint invoice until I verify that this is how my customer wants to pay. This on top of new Billpoint fees makes me consider dropping them altogether.

If, when your buyer used buy it now, they clicked pay for this auction now with billpoint, it will generate that email to you. So it's the buyer's fault, not BillPoint's.
