About a month ago I wrote about a situation with deadbeat bidder that had left a neg feedback that went something like "Likes to s&^% d*&^ but doesnt like to swallow". eBay removed the feedback. We filed our NPB and encouraged other sellers that had left him negs to do the same thing in hopes we could get him suspended(he had a -3 rating). He was soon NARU'ed. I was going through feedback yesterday of old buyers and there he was a standing member of the eBay community with -7 rating. Why would eBay allow this, I thought once you were suspended due to people filing NPB on you, you were gone for good!

He was probably just suspended for a month. You might try writing to Safe Harbor again since he's at -7 and they'll probably NARU him permanently. I believe I've read on these boards that even with that kind of a rating, they sometimes don't automatically suspend someone. They DO if there are 3 (or 4) FVF's filed by different sellers.
Good luck in getting this dirtbag permanently booted!

advise safeharbor - he's suppose to be NARU'd at -4, but ebay doesn't seem to have an automatic way of doing it, so it pretty much happens when someone calls it to their attention.
