As Ebay seller for the last 2 years, especially lately, things are just getting out of hands.
Buyer spend $10 on an auction and wish to have Macy services and merchandise. All of my items are brand new, and I spend time to pick them out especially for Ebay customers.
Apparently nothing I do will please these buyers. I have 342 good feebacks with 2 negative feedbacks + one possible negative feedback today.
I have a buyer is very unhappy about her items today. She insist I give her the wrong description on the item which is not true. I have photo show whatever the gemstone look like in the auction.
To made the story short, after received the returns from her. I leave her good feedback and refund her the money. She is still not happy, insist on giving me a negative feedback today.
I am seriously thinking about quiting Ebay. All these negatives are not doing well for my health, and among other things.
Thanks for reading. I just want to share my thought on this.

You don't have nearly enough negs to worry about! Chalk it up to experience and carry on - there are some folks you'll just never make happy no matter what.

I know that getting a negative is no fun, but also remember some of the sellers mentioned in other threads (117 negatives in one case AND they were still getting bids.)
I guess I am just saying try not to let it get you down. Buyers can see through a few negs and it won't hurt your business. :0)

Thanks for the encouraging advice. To be honest, I don't have any business on Ebay at all. Other than one to two bids on 10 to 20 of my auctions. There are no bid at all. It's been 0 bidding since April. I wonder should I continue to listing my brand new items.

In more than 3 years on eBay I have managed to acquire 13 negatives and over 2500 positives. All 13 negatives were in retaliation for negative feedback I had left for non-paying bidders. The first 10 or so really bugged me. I just realize now that it is part of doing business. I think most people never even look at feedback, especially if a seller has a very high number. Just today I was going to bid on a video and the buyer had 400+ feedback, when I looked I saw they had 60+ negatives with 15 in the last month...I did not bid.
The bottom line, you are an honest seller and you will never please everyone...
