Hello. I have an interesting problem...
I sell movie star photographs. back in March I sold a photograph to someone in Europe. He paid for the item with his credit card (it was cheap... $11.) and I sent it off to him.
Last week (three months later) he wrote to ask me when his video tape is going to arrive! I wrote back and told him I do not sell video tape movies, but movie photographs. Then, he wrote back to say that he GOT the photograph, but when is he going to get the video... further stating that this is what he purchased.
No where in my descriptions does it mention anything about videos... I sell photographs!

Any chance you can still pull up the auction? If so, I'd use the "send this auction to a friend" to forward it to him w/a note in it that it was never for a video tape, it was for a photograph.
edited to add:
Was there anything in the description which mentioned video tapes or movies the person might have appeared in which could have confused this buyer?

no, no mention of video tape or film. Perhaps, since this person is from Europe (and their Engligh writing is very broken) they didn't understand my description. They saw the photo and thought it was a video?
