just got suspended from eBay for listing a "Spin City" Emmy Consideration tape please contact me ... I had the high bid
You have to read the title as part of the sentence - RB is trying to contact the person who listed the auction and then got Naru'd after RB bid and won.
The whole sentence is:
Can the Person Who just got suspended from eBay for listing a "Spin City" Emmy Consideration tape please contact me ... I had the high bid
Edited to say - BTW, good luck RB - I hope he/she reads these boards!

Right on Oxford (bad "habit" of mine starting a sentence in the header and finishing it in the body!).
I wish the suspended seller had of written down my ID
This must have been the 2nd or 3rd time this seller tried to sell the tape, otherwise I doubt s/he would have been suspended (per the eBay email I received).
It's funny that only certain Emmy tape auctions get squashed. In addition to "Spin City", it's hard to get "Seinfeld" or "The West Wing" tapes. Anyone listing these should visit their listings often and record the names of all bidders. Even if they don't get suspended, the auctions will be ended.
I did get lucky on one "Seinfeld" and a couple of "West Wing" tapes - I emailed the sellers to give them my email address, and asked them to contact me when the auction was canceled by eBay. Just so happened I had the high bids when the VeRO bandits struck
