Hi

How do the 10 day auctions do when you start them on the weekend and then end them during the week?

Thanks for the comments.

Sincerely,
Jeff

Whenever I use ten day auctions I always start on Thursday so I have two complete weekends. It works well for me for items I feel would benefit from the additional exposure.

I do it two ways and have excellent results with both:

1) Start the auction on Sunday night and have it end on a Wednesday night.

2) Start the auction on a Thursday night and have it end on a Sunday night.

The Sunday->Wednesday routine usually draws the most bids, but both of these routines do far better than any other combination I've tried (and I think I've probably tried them all more than once).

Listing Sunday nights and Thursday nights bring the best results for me.
