I was trying to find info on the guidelines or rules or whatever for Powersellers on eBay, but can't locate it. Can anyone provide a link?

Thanks reddeer - I know what you mean about bookmarks.

BTW, I ran across a seller (and a devious one at that) who put (in text) POWERSELLERS in his 'location' box for his listing. No PS logo anwhere. Think eBay would frown on such a thing if he's not really a PS??

The dude's trying to get someone to Buy It Now on a $125 sportscard for $249. Devious!

Hmmmmm, that's a new twist. I have no idea what eBay would have to say about that?

Ebay could care less, if its not explicitly restricted by their terms and conditions. Ebay doesn't like to mess with powersellers, since they pay alot in fees.
