I recently refunded a buyer who was disatisfied with a child's clothing item she purchased from me. Can I get a refund from ebay for the final auction $$ just like you can if you have a non-paying bidder? It seems like I can, but can't figure out how to do it on the ebay site, since I don't need to file a notice for non-paying bidder.
Help!!!

Hi,
You still file an NPB but you choose the situation that applies to you. I don't know the exact wording offhand, but you can scroll down and pick which one best applies.
