A while back I had a bidder win multiple auctions. Now she has decided that she doesn't want the items and wants to back out. If she doesn't want them, she obviously won't send payment, so I was going to just file a npb but chose the "both parties mutually decided to cancel transction" option so that I can get an immidiate fvf refund and be done with it.

The only thing is, she is kinda nasty. Rude at times. If I file the npb that way, can she still come back and neg me? That would be multiple negs.

Do they really give you an immediate refund with that option?

If I were in your situation, I'd explain to her (in the nicest possible way) what you're doing and how she may get notices from eBay, but that it won't affect her in any way and it's just for you to get your fees back.

If she still negs you, you've done all you can to avoid it, short of kissing your fees goodbye.

That's what I was afraid of. GRRRRRR

Is there any option I can choose where she can't? Like maybe the "sold to runner up bidder" option? Will the runner up then be able to leave feedback?

Nope, no matter what option you choose she'll still be able to leave feedback, sorry! There is no circumstance where the runner-up bidder can leave feedback.

Dear; Iuv

Not only will this person neg you! she can wait up to 60 days! I was neg the same day the person won two of my auctions, Then I believe the same guy send me a email virus.

If she neg's you, neg her right back then block her from both ebay and your email. After she neg's you then reply to that neg with something about ebay.

Hello,
You have up to 90 days to leave feedback now. But don't sweat it, she probably doesn't really want a negative either.
