in the first pic the one on the lft is an ewok. The other two are creatures from Tatooine, but don't know their names.

Ok, I'll give it a try off the top of my head...
1) - An Ewok - I forget which one, but I think the gray one is a little unusual. However, the poncho it's wearing does not go with it - that either went to the Luke/Leia in Endore outfit. Followed by Squid Head and Klaatu.
2)IG-88 (Bounty Hunter), Biker Scout, Hammerhead (Definitely NOT Yak Face, which is very rare while Hammerhead is pretty common)
3) Snaggletooth (common version, not the rarer tall blue version), Gammorean Guard (Definitely not a Tusken Raider), either Barada or Nikto, and Chewbacca
4) Dengar (Bounty Hunter), Stormtrooper, B-Wing Pilot (not positive)
5) AT-ST Driver, Rebel Commander (Hoth), Prune Face
6) Lando Calrissian, Han Solo (Trenchcoat figure, but minus the trenchcoat), Han Solo (Bespin Outfit), Luke Skywalker as Jedi Knight.

Thanx redskinfan and holdenrex! I watched the movies back in the 70's when I was just a kid and loved them! I may have to watch them all again though!
