I had a customer email me a couple of days ago, asking "are you going to leave me feedback?" I replied that I left reciprocal positive feedback automatically using Vrane.com's feedback tool.
Then yesterday he left a positive comment that was obviously neutral: "slow email, overcharged on shipping." Yikes! Clever fellow.
Yes, I was a little slow responding, as I was busy moving into a new apartment last week. The handling fee was stated in the ad.
This was one of those customers that sends urgent email three times a day, with return receipt requested. I'm just glad to be done with the deal.
