I dont want to ask ebay because then they'll be sure to watch my auctions like a hawk. I sell Li-ion batteries for specific cameras. I am getting them direct from the distributor with no label and having my own label made. My label shows my website. Will putting this photo on ebay violate their terms?

This has been answered on the ebay message board a few times.
The answer is yes it is against there policy to have your website URL in your potos or in water mark over your pnoto even if its not clickable.
you can only have your Ebay user name on your photos.
HOW Ever you can change your user name to your website address I notice a few uses have done this but still not sure what ebays policy is on this. http://www.Dman-N-Company.com
