I have been seeing a lot of threads lately on eBlah users having problems relisting. These problems range from pages not loading completely to "connection was reset by server" messages to "page cannot be displayed" messages.
The problem lies in eBay. I found this out after cancelling my ISP and getting a cable modem, thinking that was the problem. eBay changed something in the Relist function, and now it has a conflict with Internet Explorer. They seem unwilling or unable to fix the problem.
If you want to relist, I suggest downloading an alternate browser. I use the Opera browser, which you can get at http://www.opera.com
It is a free browser, and it only takes up 2.5mb of space, unlike Netscape and Internet Explorer's massive file size. The relist function works perfectly in this browser, since eBay has not yet managed to screw that one up too.
Hopefully this will answer all of these repeating threads on the same subject.

"They seem unwilling or unable to fix the problem."
If the relisted item sells, they have to refund the second listing fee. No wonder they are unwilling to fix it... more likely, they deliberately screwed it up.

Problems at ebay are in EVERYTHING that is done there. What really did it for me was when I used the search engine as any customer would and couldn't find items I knew to be there of mine and friends. I will NOT pay ebay to create a new site "enhancement" that causes so much problems. They could have tested these things before throwing them on us. To adjust to new ways of doing something is one thing but to be a test dummy is another.
