I just had an auction end and I e-mailed the high bidder with the auction details, and their e-mail bounced (was returned). I checked them on eBay and they have a feedback of 0 and have been a member since 1998. This happened to me once before and the winner just e-mailed me with their new e-mail address. But, considering this person's history (or lack thereof), I don't feel too safe. After waiting a few days for them to contact me, what should I do if they don't? I've heard that you can call them, but I'm not sure how to find their phone number.

I have had this happen to me more than once. You can get the bidders phone number from ebay's customer service and you'll have to call the bidder. Also let ebay know that the bidder's email is incorrect and if the bidder doesn't get it corrected, they will be suspended from ebay. I called one bidder and they gave me a new email address and that one came back also as "User Unknown" The hassle of the whole thing is bad enough but you also have to absorb the cost of the long distance telephone call.

There are often conflicts between ISPs. I would try sending again. If it bounces again, then use the "send this auction to a friend" feature in ebay on the view auction page & tell them their email is bouncing & to contact you.
If none of that works, if you have access to a second ISP, try sending it that way. I have a second ISP (freebie one) just for this reason.
If all this fails, THEN pull the contact info & try calling.
