I got the following email from a bidder today. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? What do you suppose this person is doing that's wrong?

Maybe he's clicking on an AW link below your picture, thinking it will allow him to bid?? I can only guess he's a newbie. You may want to instruct him in the basics of how to place a bid...

Got a followup email from the guy saying it's still happening. I don't see how it's even possible. He swears he's placing his bid in the right place (though his FB number is only 3 so my guess is he's still a bit confused about something or other).
