Is anyone having these problems??
I wanted to leave a "follow up" comment after another user had left a "response" to my original feedback comment, but every time I went to the "see all feedback I have left about others" page and clicked on the little arrow, I got a screen that said; "Sorry, you cannot leave a follow up comment unless a response has been made"
After several e-mails, support said they reset the feedback so I could leave the comment....but then....
the comment I left was entered under two (2) different responses!!!!
So now, the witty follow up comment I made under one response, seems like an incoherent rambling under the other response!
I wonder if they'll help fix THAT!!!!!
Am I the only one having these problems with feedback lately.
