It seems with all the costs going up everywhere (ebay, post office, gas, ect.ect)that I have to put on the minimum I will take instead of my old way of startng everything at $2 and having lots of bidders.

Now I'm only talking about the common eveyday stuff not fine or rare collectibles. The kind of things I'm cleaning out right now that retailed at $50 or less!

For instance I put on an audio tape book that sold retail at $52.95 and I started it at $8.00 and that's what I got! Not complaining but audios usually go real good and I'm glad I didn't start it at $3 and gotten $3 !

Yes, I have seen some $100 items started at $1 and lots of bidders but the top price still ends up around the 20-25 mark that other sellers have listed at.

And the category overloads, I don't even want to go into that. Looks to me like really low end things are overloaded and even higher things have to be truly "RARE" Opinions?

I just had a blouse that I paid over $100.00 for retail, and in brand new condition close for 4.99, Ouch.

When your at the end of your rope:
Tie a knot and hang on!
