I'm having a problem with my paypal automated winning bid notices not reaching customers. Is there a problem with the system at this time? Can you check this out for me?]

I gave up using Paypal automated service because I found it unreliable. To be fair I must add that I am retired and have the time for all those personal notes. Why not ask Damon on the paypal thread? He might not check here soon enough.
