I just thought I'd post this in case any buyers can't get in touch with sellers in the Gulf Coast regions of Texas and Louisianna. Tropical Storm Allison is about 80 miles offshore from Galveston and we are already getting lots of rain and expect 8-12 inches or more overnight. I just did my PO run today and had no idea what the rain was from. It should all clear up by Thursday so please be patient in case we lose power or can't make it to the post office due to flooding.

Good luck to all of you. Here in central florida we have had a drought for the past couple of years, and our lakes and wells are drying up. We are praying for a couple of tropical storms this year.
