He bought a notebook hd from me, I sent him exactly what advertised. He got the item and email me to tell that I sent him the wrong item, I am very positive that I sent him the right one, I think the switched it and now trying for a replacement. I don't want to go through this any more, I asked him to send it back for replacement, he then demanded, shipping and handling fee to send it back, I am ok with shipping charge but handling fee? He is nuts. Please help!!

When I sell used computer components I rubber stamp our company name and address on the item and put a piece of clear plastic tape over it to keep it from being rubbed off or smeared.
If that is not on a return no refund. I put it right in the TOS.
