I just started to list some items on Ebay tonight and whenI log in a screen pops up and says soemthing about granting something or another. I said no, and from that point on, cannot go on. I just keep on getting a login screen asking for my password. Anyone else having this problem??? It is always something....grrrr wish they would just leave things the hell alone for once.

Thanks! I clicked deny too and got back to thelisting page. had to retype in my password and the dang thing came up again! Happened to me 5 times so I just clicked out. Will try re-booting and see if that helps. Thanks again!

Yes, they are messing around with things again. When I tried listing some items this morning it kepy telling me my photos were sized too big!
I don't think so... They are the same size they have always been and I never had a problem before. Kept trying 4 or 5 times and finally said nuts to it.
I called the 800 eBay customer support number and asked "Camelot" (that was her name) if they were having any problems, or recently made changes with the picture services. She said no, no problems she was aware of, but did say they made photo changes about a week and half ago.
Told her when I listed two days ago everything worked great. She suggested I try listing through IE and see if that doesn't help. I tried again, my old way, and it worked fine. I think they are having a little difficulty, or are making changes.

Furkidmom that happened to me all night too! Drove me nutz!!!! So I emptied out the cache and the history thing and it's been working fine since then! Try that!
Here is the solution to this problem, from TAGnotes (www.auctionguild.com)
ebaY continued to update the problems with listing and ebaY pic services on 1, 2 and 3 June. They were planning two more rounds of
fixes on 2 June and would continue to update users on the status through the weekend and until the situation is resolved. On 3 June ebaY announced they were testing a major fix, and hoped to implement the fix within 24 to 48 hours. ebaY recommended users try some of the workarounds reported in the last few issues of TAGnotes.
One workaround suggested by experienced ebaY users is to download the Opera browser and use that when listing on ebaY
http://www.opera.com
Though ebaY is suggesting that all users accept ebaY's ActiveX file even if you are NOT going to use ebaY pic services, TAG STRONGLY recommends that you do NOT do this. Another way completely around the ebaY ActiveX problems is to choose not to see Picture Services on the Sell Your Item form by going to the Picture Services FAQ page at
On this page, find the link in this sentence: "Note: If your browser is not compatible with Picture Service, you may consider bypassing Picture Services when listing your item on that page." That link is located towards the bottom of the FAQ page referenced above.
