Had an auction end, e-mail the winner, e-mail returned "address unknown". Tried several more times with the same result. Sent e-mail from eBay auction page (send friend this auction) and still nothing. What is the next step. Winning bidder is new with 0 feedback which doesn't bother me except for the fact that I can't contact him/her. What would be my next step?

Hi,
The next step is to contact ebay's Safe Harbor and try to get the person booted off the system.

Since you were involved in an auction with them that ended, you can request their name and phone #. Try to contact them that way.
