I heard PayPal Damon was on vacation. I have a dilemma....

I feel that one of my international bidders intends to commit fraud and I would prefer to not have her transaction. Can I block it? I don't intend to accept the money, so I don't think I should have to pay PayPal fees.

I have sent an email to [email protected], but he has never responded via email to me in the past...Maybe he will respond here.

Hi,

I am around, but I am having email problems today. I can check on this tomorrow when the problem (hopefully) is resolved.

You can change your receiving preferences in your account PROFILE (if you are a business/premier account) to not accept international payments.

Is the payment in a pending status? If not, simply send it back to the user.

I don't want to ban all international payments--just hers. I have had 100% good luck with Canadians and Western Europeans.

Payments only say pending when it's an echeck. This person is dealing with a credit card.
