I've got a vintage Tony Alamo denim jacket...Beverly Hills...that I was going to list on eBay. When I just ran a "search" for similiar items, I found none listed! Does anyone know if these items have been added to the "we won't list" items eBay seems to be adding to every day? I've run searches about a month ago and found quite a few of these jackets. Anyone know what happened to them? Thanks...

Hi,
Geez, I hope you didn't pay too much for that I live in Nashville, and for a short time I workked at the same auction house that held the 6-day bankruptcy/fbi seizure/whatever-it-was auction that was held after Alamo got in trouble with the Feds. Those jackets kept popping up at that auction house for several years (there were literally hundreds of them, from what I saw - I didn't work there during the time of that particular sale). I figured I would try to sell some on eBay about 2 years ago. I had 4 jackets, and a really wicked rattlesnake skin hat (complete with rattler's head on the front!). I paid $75 for the hat, sold it for $200. I paid...too much... for the jackets, sold 'em for about $100 each (started bidding at $50). There is one particular buyer from California who had 'Tony Alamo' in her 'Personal Shopper' search emails. I'm not sure if eBay still has Personal Shopper, but if so, be sure to put 'Tony Alamo' in the title. Best of luck!
