I've been using my PayPal debit card to buy gas, groceries, etc. On my account sheet the amounts for these transactions say 'pending'. If it says pending, has that amount been deducted from my PayPal balance that is shown at the top of the page?

Please post your question in the Paypal forum of the AuctionWatch.com Partner Services section. Someone should be able to assist you there.

Meanwhile I'm going to lock this up as we seem to be gaining quite a number of Paypal threads in the Ebay Outlook.
