Can someone help me? I remember reading a thread here about a buyer using BIN but changed their mind. I can't find thAT THREAD so can someone please help me?

Now I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I can't cancel hhis sale can I?
What do I do? Just file an NPB after 7 days??? Thanks!

BIN or not, a non-paying buyer is just another deadbeat, and you have to go through the EBAY rigmarole to get your FVF back.

No, unfortunately you can't cancel the BIN.

If the buyer refuses to go forward, then you have no choice but to file for you FVF. You can use the "buyer/seller agree not to continue" to get immediate credit but you will still be out your listing fees unless the buyer is willing to give them to you since they made a mistake.
