Hi - I posted a question at the beginning of the week regarding the fact that I could not access the web site for Endicia.
Thanks to the several people who responded and said they weren't having any problems - at least I knew it was specific to my machine.
Then someone from Endicia responded and - to make a long story short - was very helpful. He explained the problem (which was with my provider) and said it should be corrected by this weekend. Well, he was 100% correct.
I appreciate the fast (and correct!!) response. I haven't actually used the online postage yet but - so far - I've been very impressed. Customer Service that is fast and works!!! You don't see that much anymore.
