I've been having a terrible time this last week getting my WBN to send after auctions. In several cases, I've had to manually enter the winning bidder's email address for it to generate the WBN.
In this most recent case, I have an auction that ended successfully last night, yet it shows as an unsuccessful auction and won't send a WBN. Is there anything I can do to make it send the WBN?
