I posted this at the Round table--but no responses.....so I suppose it is an EBAY topic, as everyone needs to ship.
Does anyone know the mechanics of getting the discounts that are listed in the USPS Rate Sheet??
Such as Media mail has three rates listed beside each weight, Single Rate, 5-Digit and BMC.

Those are bulk mail rates. I don't think you are sending your items bulk mail. All items would have to be identical with the same weights and presorted.

Those discount rates are for Bulk Mail permit holders. You pay an annual fee for the permit plus you must mail a minimum of 200 identical pieces at one time. The extent of the discount depends on the extent of presorting you do to the mailing. It is very doubtful this would apply to any ebay sellers.
