I posted this over on the PayPal forum yesterday but have not received a single response so I thought I'd try it over here.
I paid a seller using Paypal and when I tried to change my source of funds to CC it said they didn't accept CC payments. I believe this was a Business account.
Is there a way to stop accepting CC on a Personal account?

Go into your profile, then preferences, then payment receiving preferences. There's an option for accepting only balance or bank account payments. But it only works for those who have a verified bank account attached to their account. (In other words, someone who does not have a verified bank account can still pay via credit card.)

I don't have payment receiving preferences. Here are my only choices.
