Hi. I have gotten two emails from someone who objects to how I spelled something in my personalized item. I explained that since I personalize for free..I can change it. I told him that either way is correct. He wrote again and said he thought I should offer it both ways..and as a potential customer, he would be unhappy if he had to pay to have it like he wants it. I wrote back again, that I don't charge, but I would rather he didn't bid on this item.
From the tone of his notes..I know there will be a problem if he bids and wins..and I don't need his business bad enough to deal with him. How do I block him from bidding on my auctions? I thought there was a way. Thank you.

Go to seller tools, select Bidder Management, and ban him forever (or at least until Ebay screws up and resets everything).

All deadbeats go on the block bidder list as well as problem bidders. Before this feature, I had deadbeats who would snipe at the last minute when an item was relisted.
