I filed a fraud complaint with eBay 3 weeks
ago, and they have yet to respond to it.
Is that normal, or is something going on?
I won a large dollar item (over $1,000).
It hasn't been received, and the Seller
refuses to reply to any of my emails. He
is still very active on eBay, with not many
complaints, so I don't understand what is
going on. However, the contact info he
lists with eBay is false, and they haven't
done anything about that either.
Is this a case of eBay not caring what
large sellers do, until there are numerous
complaints against them?
