"You have added a bank account. Accounts with the routing number you specified can be used to withdraw funds but cannot be used to add funds into your PayPal account and cannot be used towards Verification. Please enter an account from a different bank if you would like to become a Verified user. "

Why do you have to be able to withdraw funds to be verified? There is a hidden motive for paypal. My account here is not a internet bank either.

One question PP has never answered me is that, though their TOU says PP will not withdraw money without your explicit permission, what would keep them from writing clause in the TOU that said you give PP explicit permission any time PP receives a chargeback or deems neccessary?

DAmon says certain banks don't have proper identity verification, which by this statement shows that he's all BS.
