I certainly hope so, cause I just turned him in. This is what I wrote to safeharbor:
XXXXX has been a member since Aug 99 and as yet has no feedback. According to the information available on your search engine, he/she has recently bid on 41 items all of which have been listed by the same four sellers (two of which also have 0 feedback). The similarity of the auctions make me suspect that at least three of the four sellers are in fact the same person. this makes me think that this is either shill bidding or auction interference.
What caught my attention was a very professional looking auction done by a 0 feedback seller. Then I noticed the "may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery" and thought to myself No Way would I bid. This led me to take a look at the 0 feedback buyer. And it all started to look too suspicious.
Would you have turned them in, or could there be another explanation.
The only thing I don't understand is could the seller request the FVF's multiple times without the bidder getting NARU'd?
