I usually give newbies the benefit of the doubt on one or two auctions, but sounds to me like this may be someone amusing themselves.
Email the person immediately, politely express your concern, and ask if they are sincere. Also pull their user info and call the phone number to follow up.
Then see if a child answers it.
Other sellers have dealt with this situation and I hope some will offer first hand advice as this is off the top of my head.

Most often this is a sports bidder (I've had my share of "sports bidders", but I had a newby with bids like this one time that I just knew was going to be a dead beat. He had bids on $450 worth of my stuff, over $10,000 worth of other peoples stuff. I got paid very quickly, and when I went to post feedback, the "newby" was already over 100.

I have a gut feeling that is this the same person
(with new ID) who zapped me on 20 plus auctions last month......

I went down to my bar and poured myself
a water glass full of Scotch and will now proceed
to remove all bids from this Joker......
I don’t need the money or the headache.....

I had a person bid on about 100 items of mine all at once, but she emailed and said dont be concerned, she was buying for the VA hospital, VFW, etc, and DONATING the items! She paid, I shipped. Dont be too hasty in cancelling the bids. I would email them and express your concern as previous poster mentioned.......
