I have two bidders who have said they sent payment but it hasn't shown.
This is my lastest e-mail. I'm really confused as to what it means. (edited for profanity and to protect idenity)
I'm sorry, but I'm done with sending money out through the mail. I want the person who I'm buying off of to get their money as soon I can.And then after I do my best I get f-------- over. What fun is that! I'm done with shopping through mail. So I'm asking you what should happen now, because this is my last time sending money through mail. I think right now what's going on is nothing, but bulls------. And I'm not happy right now. So wanting to but things right now through mail has really made me fell iffy about it.

So is he going to pay? I'm REALLY offended at this e-mail. Can anyone make any sense of what he wants done? All I did was send him a payment reminder.
Also, my other bidder cussing at me has stopped payment on a money order since I've not recieved it. Any advice if it shows? And he is refusing to pay me too, and it was one of my biggest sales of the month last month.

I only accept certain types of payment if it is sent by registered mail or mail with delivery confirmation. That way, you have a semi-neutral 3rd party to say whether on not payment was received. Above all, the mere fact that payment was mail, shipped, dispatched, or transmitted; is NO assurance that it has been received. As a side note, if someone says that they sent a check, I always ask if THEIR bank show that the check has been cashed. Hope this helps.

claims to have sent a money order. One item was $4 before shipping (the one in quesiton with this e-mail) and the other one was under $20, so we're not dealing with big ticket items here.

One is refusing to do that. The other cancelled payment on the money order and isn't going to pay me but is still harassing me.

For the one who is still harrassing you, send him/her one more email, asking them to stop harrassing you, and that if they don't you will report them to Ebay and to THEIR ISP provider for harassment. (It worked for me)
For the one who refuses to check on the status of the money order, simply (and politely) state that youhave not recieved the MO, and that unless he chooses to check on the status, you cannot ship the item. You have done your part.

Reporting to his ISP won't do any good. He has his own domain name and his e-mail is connected with it, so I'd basically be reporting him to HIMSELF!
