UGH! What's up with sellers lying about when they ship your item?
Auction ended June 4 & I paid via Paypal the same day. Seller said would mail out order the next day, June 5.

I get the item and it's postmarked June 12! It was mailed directly from the post office, with their pregenerated postage & postmark.

So, should I leave a neutral or no feedback???

Before you do anything contact the seller and ask questions. There may be a legit reason for the delay in shipping that they did not mention.
I know that it's easier to figure they just got lazy but ya never know.

At least give them a chance to explain & try to make it right.

Base your feedback on the answer that you get.

Before you go off and ask the seller why they didn't ship for 7 days after they said they would, ask yourself these questions:

Was it what you ordered?

Were you happy with it?

If you can answer yes to each of these, the seller deserves a positive feedback.

My goodness, 7 days is not a long time! Maybe the guy got sick or had to work and by the time he could get to the PO it was closed. A lot of things could have happened. I had some auctions close on a Thursday night. Friday morning I had a heart attack, then open heart surgery. Guess when my packages went out? Two weeks later. No one knew to write to the bidders and that was really the last thing on anyone's mind. Of course, I wrote when I got home from the hospital, but could you imagine if everyone left me neutrals or said forget it because of this?

The seller shipped, you received. Happy or not with the item? That's the main thing.

Good luck.

Positive or nothing IMO.

My one and only neutral is from a jerk that waited 10 days to mail (I paid same day with PayPal). When it came and I saw the postmark, I e-mailed him twice in 3 or 4 days to let him explain himself, but I got no response (I even mailed from a hotmail account in case it was an ISP problem. I ended up giving him a neutral for slow shipping, and he gave me a retaliatory neutral. (This jerk has 124 unique positives, 3 neutrals, and 7 unique negatives, so he's bad news for numerous people...)

Without eBay, I might have a real life...
