As outlined in our Member Agreement, Half.com reserves the right to make adjustments to your seller account balance in the event of a member dispute, fraud or a lack in seller performance. If insufficient funds exist in the seller account balance, Half.com will deduct funds from your checking account, or charge your credit card. By agreeing to our Member Agreement and its incorporated policies, you agree to allow Half.com to make these adjustments, deductions or credit card charges.

They outright say they have the power to take from checking account whenver they want without your permission! This is an EBAY COMPANY!!
