Yup they changed it, now you have to check to box if you want their spam after losing an auction.

NOPE...

If you opt-out, it will always be opt-out until you change it back to opt-in...
(I think..I'm confused..I think..??)

Most buyers do not realize the impact opt-in can have on a sellers sales and will probably leave the preference set to opt-in... Bummer...!!

They'll leave it as opt-in only until they get a string of bizarre reccomendations, then they'll opt-out.
And for most buyers, that shouldn't take long.
