I keep getting canned responses.

I have a bidder who was kicked off because of being underage and I'd like them to remove the negative which they will do if the user is a minor. Anyway, I keep being told to be assured that it will be investigated (she is already kicked off) that if they find cause to take action against her, they will. WELL THEY DID, and now they won't remove the feedback, even though it is their policy to do so.

First it was to call a bidder who is harrassing me when I wanted to find out about how to discover his dial-up as he has a domain name, and in essence is his ISP (like I'm going to say, Please investigate the e-mails you are mailing me because they are harassing in nature)

How can I get someone to actually listen to me?

Call them on the phone and don't let them off the line until theylisten to you and then promise to send you a follow up letter (email) to your conversation. (If they do not respond, call them again until they do) Also send an email to timesensitive. I get respoonses within 24 hours every time! (but then I do their follow up surverys with glowing reports as to how their customer service is too, because with me, it is always tops!)

Ebay> 1-800-322-9266 & 1-800-749-3229

Hope this helps!

Or, put it into a protest auction.

They seems to be paying attention to them considering how fast they disappear.

Just respond to the feedback with how you REALLY feel.

Call him by his name and describe what kind of "head" he is.

That'll get eBay to automatically remove it.

THanks! I didn't have ebay's phone number.

I had to laugh at ecom, but don't want to do that in case ebay would decide to leave it!

jendiggy dear. May I gently bring it to your attention that eBay staff are illiterate and can't read your lovely messages even if they wanted to.

Don't hold your breath waiting dear. After all, you are ONLY a seller!
