A friend of mine wanted to sign up as a seller but eBay failed to complete the process. I watched him trying step by step for six times and saw no mistake on his side.
Problem: the system keeps sending him to "create seller's account" page AFTER submitting the credit card details.
May be this is a recent system fault. Anybody has any idea? I sent the question to support@ebay but they are too good at sending irrelevant canned answers so I am trying our luck here.
