Well, after 1 1/2 years, and over 400 transactions, I feel my first NEG about to happen. I deserve it, but I don't want it! I really messed up, and relisted and item that I didn't mean to. I didn't catch it until the aution had closed. So...I don't have the item. I explained, and begged the buyer, offered to give them the amount the auction closed for. (They hadn't sent the payment yet). There is no way to get another item, it was a MIP toy from the 80's. I have two differnt figures that someone is not responding to my EOA's, and I offered to GIVE them the figures if that person doesn't pay. But they are not the same. I haven't heard the final answer yet, but I have a feeling I know what it will be.
Sorry for rambling, I don't blame them if they neg, but it is just a sad day in my eBay career!

Mistakes happen and if they can't understand that, it's an unfortunate situation. If you explained it, pleaded and threw yourself on their mercy, they shouldn't leave you a negative.

Thanks that makes me feel a little better. And I forgot what REALLY makes me mad, is this is stuff I am selling for a freind as a favor. I mean, I love her, but not enough to have to take a neg for selling her stuff,LOL!

I know a seller that sells a lot of the same stuff we sell. I had listed in error an item that we were out of stock on and so was our supplier. I went to ebay pulled up his auctions and bought a replacement still made out great because the person that I had sold to had won several auctions and had paid with a check. I'm just glad I caught it in time to get a new one in.
what was the item? you never know someone might have one..........
