I've got an auction running for a betty boop watch. Several people have told me that it doesn't show up correctly (maybe it's b/c they're using netscape, and I use explorer.) Anyway, someone suggested that I needed to add codes to close the table (of which I had no idea what they were talking about since I used aw's templates.)
I've gone in and tried to edit the table, but I can't even get the revision to work. (I get "Page not available" or the "submit/ verify" key never shows up.)
SO... I need to relist this auction. How do I get credit back from aw? I can probably figure out ebay credit stuff, but aw is new to me.
One other question: where are the cute little icon smiley faces, the bold words, etc... coming from? If you can't use tags to do it, then how do you do it?

I'm not sure if AW will refund the listing fees. You can submit a request, but it's a lot of work to go to for a nickle. I would go over to the services/Auction Manager forum and post your dilemma. One of the customer care reps can look at your auction and tell you what's wrong with it. Maybe a simple revision will prevent having to relist. If you are using HTML in your auctions along with AW templates, you need to have a copy of Netscape on your machine so you can review your auctions before you launch them. They have a special preview section where you can see your auction exactly as it will appear after it's launched to Ebay. The customer care reps will be back in at 8:00 tomorrow morning.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
