I've been off for awhile taking a summer break and obviously missed this new payment option. Could someone give me a link/address where I could find out the "nitty-gritty" on this? Thanks...
PS: I tried the site map but all I could find was a Q & A column.

Hi,
The site is
https://www.c2it.com/
Be prepared to hand over your SS# and DOB....
I signed up the other night, got a verified e-mail and today in the mail got a letter requesting that I call them because some of my information doesn't match?!?!?!?!?!?!
I'll call on Monday - I just hope this isn't like E-Bay's verify seller that claims I don't exist...

Thanks for info, Sid. Somehow, I don't feel comfortable handing out the SSN...other numbers I've got no problem with (bank account, etc.) but wonder why they need SSN? I'll have to give it some thought. Any others out there tried it? What have your experiences been?

c2it is owned by Citibank. They require your SSN just like any other bank would. I personally like the fact that they ask for it, because unlike PayPay, they actually have some security against fraud.

If you need more info on C2it or any of the major payment services, I have it on my site. AW wont let me put the link here but you can find it right on my home page. C2it is the only credit card based service that is free to the seller, gives the buers a $10 bonus on the first payment and protects the seller against unwarranted charge backs.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that I just got off the phone with a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING at C2it who was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After some of the interactions I've had with PayPain and BillStickItToYou I nearly needed help picking myself up off the floor.
Because I recently moved, my address didn't match that on file. They're mailing out form and all I have to do is fill it out and send it back in with a copy of a utility bill. WOW - and to think PayPain still won't let me update my address from two moves ago because I won't give them access to my bank accounts. Well, PayPain can keep the $2.00 I have left in that account.....
Anyway, I was very impressed with them and I can't wait to try out the service!

Thanks, Sid and all, for info. I clicked on the site and it does look good. The only concern was that, where it said "free to sellers", there was a little asterik and, at the bottom...the words "for now". So, I'm wondering if, at some point in the future when lots of us AW-ers sign up, they smack a fee on us ala PayPal. On the up side, at least they're being honest and not making the claim..."ALWAYS free for sellers"...and we all know how long "Always" turned out to be!
