Hi! Hope some one can help me. This is a new one on me. Had a bidder (with glasses but no negative FB, just signed up June 14, 2001) that had won a few auctions days ago, and was now bidding on a few more (I combine shipping for multiples). Well, Ebay did an administrative cancellation and I don't understand why?? I asked the bidder and he/she said they didn't know why, but wants the items and wants to re-bid. Now, she has re-bid and won using BIN on those items and wants to have ALL ITEMS (7 of them)paid by Paypal.........Is this a fraudster????PLEASE ANY HELP??? Why would it be cancelled??

I'm sorry I don't understand this myself but I had an auction close (BIN) and it was already on it's way to the woman (who paid by Western Union) when ebay did an administrative cancellation on her bid. I never was able to figure out what that 'meant.' Odd!!

Sounds like a shady bidder who isn't telling you all! If you want to sell it to her, tell her NO to PayPal (buyer can chargeback their payment using PayPal with little recourse for you) and request a Money Order. Don't ship the item until the Money Order clears and then use Delivery confirmation for the package to prove she received it.
eBay knows something they aren't divulging to you. Play it safe!
