I some items I need to unload. They are cheap import items that are new but someone them are not "flawless". I am listing them well below retail. I would rather not list them at all but my employer is giving me no choice.
So how describe an item that is new in package but may tiny flaws? For example a tiny paint chip?

Are you listing Dutch or individually? You didn't mention if they are identical items. Since they aren't all perfect, various flaws, I doubt you're listing Dutch.
Take each item out of box, present a close-up photo of all flaws. Much time consuming work, especially if you have a bunch, but whether you're listing a 1.00 or 100.00 item, someone's eBay reputation is on the line...hopefully your employer, not yours.
As the other posters said...100% description or it'll come back to haunt you.

I sold these items before and never had a complaint. This whole subject came up because I sold a couple of items to a customer. She wants me to take a picture of a paint chip. I do not have time to take pictures of a paint chip.
We have a good rep on Ebay and I want to keep it. My employer only cares about $$$ so I am stuck selling these slightly flawed products.
